I veg for about 5 weeks and sometimes 6, from clones though. It depends how my flowering tents is looking, if it aint ready for the chop then they will stay in veg as long as needed till there is space for them in flower.

Cant see you been disappointed with 8 week veg, although I would add more light if possible and get bigger growth.
Don't aim for 1.5gpw to start, see what you get and build from that.

Edit, As much as I attribute the increased yield when I switched to these lights and cobs from HPS the introduction of cloth pots also made a huge improvement. Bigger roots/ bigger fruits!

My friend got 24oz from a 4x4 first run with 2 x hlg550 on full tilt, lol. 4 Sensi Star 2s
We expect much more on this next run.
We got a par meter now so we're not flying blind.
Both lights are now set to minimum now with excellent coverage

Jesus I'm surprised he didn't cook em, must of been like the sun in there. I'm sure he would pull the same with one 550.
I struggled to find the right height with just 2x 260w kits, got some wicked light burn the first batch.

Did you get around to purchasing any of that incredible bulk? Be nice to see what she brings under your supervision. :bigjoint:

I haven't got around to getting Incredible bulk yet , I need to talk one of my mates into getting a pack lol.
I'm rocking it with the Sensi and Wappa now but I'm going CBD Critical Mass in veg as well. I'm gonna clone the Mass shortly then wack them into flower in 3 gallon builders buckets.
I had a broken boiler over the New Year so now I know how my plants feel!
Boiler man came out n sez can I get up in your loft?
No! Lol it' a sealed attic. I ended up shifting everything., lights,, plants, clones into another room while he was at boiler downstairs. I came down an sez it'll be a squeeze but you might get in and he sez, its ok ive found the leak!..... you couldn't make it up

Lol sounds like a nightmare. Bad enough been cold over xmas but been cold and having to let a bloke poke around in your grow space..
I had the law outside my house, raiding next door. Power company cutting the power and several police vans. They stayed for 12 hours, It was an uncomfortable feeling to say the least. Plus I was winning in a poker game and threw my chips in when I heard something was going down so I could come home. :sad:

Last time they were here my daughter told them you never see yousens in these parts unless they'e community types, this is a residential area while the missus was lying on the toilet floor boking into the loo.
Ahh the memories.....

Low temps and old nutes will do that. Check your CO2 levels and make sure there's enough. Plants will quickly use it up in a sealed space unless there's a good source. You could move a cot in there... Lol

They have good review i will try them and post a review cob led they look likd what the guy was building with is mars cover.

If it only puts out a little over 200 watts why do you call it an 800 watt light

You should have waited or at least ask some growers on RIU questions ....
For your said space , a single 260 quantum would kill it in that space.

Those purple disco lights are always LESS THAN ADVERTISED...

Makers use bulk chips / diodes that are often not good enough ( spec ) or cheaper version of diodes.

Epistar / bridgelux components are very common pieces used.
Makers PURPOSEFULLY under power them because they cannot stay at a stable load when high powered. The drivers are not very efficient to start with. You lose efficiency from the start ..... Driver efficiency , diode efficiency, soldering quality , HEATSINK and the TIM used ( usually that white toothpaste looking shit ) ..... There really isn't any thing special with their optics either - marketing bullshit.

There are many more choices you can do inside your space ... The only reason I changed mine cuz I tired of using it as a footrest.
