Medical & recreational cannabis are combined in WA.
Medical patients don't pay sales tax at dispensaries and can grow up to 15 plants.
Other than that, it's all the same.

LOL! I posted another thread because there has been a reaction. Repub Gov Sandavol in Nevada has said pretty much no way. My buddy is in Vegas and he said the money being spent on ramping up pot is crazy. State of the art grow facilities with glass pressure doors like a IC chip factory. I bet they still get f**king spider mites.

The Colorado US attorney who essentially works for Sessions said no.

The Repub Senator Cory Gardner for Colo is apparently on the Senate Judiciary Committee who approves Trump's judges appointments said no. He said he will not have any votes on Trump judge appointments if Sessions does not back off which is huge.

Whether people are pro or anti in Colorado - a LOT of people have made and are making a shit load of money on MMJ including realtors and developers. Many of them are Trump voters and money talks really loud.

For what it is worth - Trump said during the election that MMJ is a States Rights issue. Finally, Cory Gardner also pointed out that Sessions may turn off libertarian and independent voters which could hurt Republicans in states like CO. The lady realtor in CO may hate pot but she likes making $300,000 a year and driving a new Mercedes.

These realtors pretty much have had to get a listing and put a sign in the ground in CO to make a lot of money. A huge reason is MMJ.
