Does red light hurt your plants at night time when shes sleeping?

I sometimes use a red light to "sneak" around my room in the morning so i can see (barley lol) do you think this will hurt her at all? I still try to cover the light up with my hands so its very minimal. Do you think this is a problem?

depends on the wavelength, but most likely yes, go get a green light for your midnight sneaking around
