Outdoor Liability question.

I live in a legal state but kno many who grow outside the law and these friends had a grow of around 50-60 plants and they ended up visible in the background of a scenic shot of a farm on the local news we saw them immediately when the shot went by and they were noticeable and no local state or federal police showed up they thought for sure they were going to jail so 10 plants doesn't seem to bad

Then I would say you would be fine just don't advertise to friends and family that you grow and I would imagine you will be all set and like blake siad possession they are on your property you could try and fight that I suppose
I appriciate the answers. I've always heard they just rip them and leave if it's not too many. The hypothetical person didn't want to plant on someone else's property but it's an option none the less, any input on that? If the owner never visits it and is left open to anyone?

Why not do an indoor grow? 4 hours is a good ways away you’ll save money on gas
Well, lights are expensive, the good soil is out there, no tent or extra closet. It just seems to be the best option. And in the farmers head it seems like s/he's least likely to get caught out there.

If you in the middle of nowhere there should be no reason for anyone to bother you out there.
Well, it's pretty damn mountainous at the farmland and nobody in the right mind hikes through there (posted signs/ video camera signs/ gun owner signs) all ours of course and gated. I'm just worried about choppers seeing them really.

So is gas for an 8 hr round trip. Tents aren’t expensive from what I’ve seen. The biggest thing to get you caught regardless is if you tell folks your growing even family.

I'm not worried about gas, I won't be there every other week, more like every 3, I'll be having all supplies ready to give extra nutes and LST, but we have other crops that need it if it seems suspicious.
