It is a huge state with the 10th largest economy in the world. Understandable why people in poverty would move there, even leaving the mild weather aside.

If i was in poverty and offered free shit I would move there too. Go help them if Silicone Valley companies start moving out. Would be 6 months before the state would declare bankruptcy.
