Refusing to comply with a lawful order - I think you are thinking of contempt of court - but since the DHS guidelines and everything Trump has done is mere guidelines and regulations - there is no contempt of court.

Human Tracking - I think you mean to say Human Traficking - that's not a charge that will stick with anybody not involved in the actual operation of moving people.

MIsapropriation of funds - this can only be proven if somebody in bad-faith takes money from the government with no intention of providing a service/good. has no

What ONE member of Customs and Border Protection said is he would like to see leaders charged with human smuggling - even though he doesn't seem to understand the legal definition of what human smuggling is under US law.

DHS wants to attack sanctuary cities and they are 'exploring avenues' which is political speak for - I don't know what the hell I'm doing, so I'm looking for help wherever and whenever I can get it...

DHS is a toothless government entity and they have very little if any legal jurisdiction over a lot of stuff. They rely on the department of justice and other executive agencies to carry out the leg work. DHS is mostly there to 'coordinate' but what exactly is it they are coordinating??

I don't think even that blonde knows.....

Illegal gang members are also our problem dude, are you seriously? Many good illegal immigrants deserve a shot aka a pathway to citizenship. Illegal immigration does present problems but we shouldn't destroy our humanity trying to solve it. Why are "people" never a benefactor or even a consideration when it comes to right wing politics? The Jesus in that culture is dead.
