why? molasses is a complex sugar, plants can't absorb it till it gets broken down into glucose and sucrose. the only reason to ever put molasses into a pot is if you're running benes, and there are better choices than molasses if that's what you're using it for, because the molasses has to break down into sucrose for the benes to be able to eat it. you could just use straight sucrose. they also like kelp meal and fish emulsion.
