Yield question

Sorry for the novice question. Doing my first DWC grow and am wondering what kind of yield I can get in 1m2 grow space with a scrog using a 600w LED and a 64w t5. GH nutes with b52 additive and pk13/14.

Strain is sensi seeds white label purple bud.

I know there's no real way of telling but what is a realistic goal here

Using a real world 600w in that space with a scrog from personal experiance will yield around a Pound.

This is a 3.5 x 4 scrog net (so around the same space in meters that you have). 600W and harvested just a tad over a pound dry.

Up to you, Just fill the canopy (as you can see I didn't fill mine all up) and what ya get is what ya get. But always aim high.
At what point did you flip to 12/12? Were your colas already poking through the net or did they stretch up through it during flower

I flipped when the net was around 70% full. Next time I do a scrog ill wait to 90% full.

No, the colas and all of the plant was kept under the net until about the first week of flowering. There are different views on when to stop tucking.

For a first time .5 grams a watt is a great goal.
For a scrog I think that's to small a goal. Its probably a great goal for a traditional grow but a scrog yields more and fairly easily to.

That's the question right there!
@VibesTek there are LEDs out there called 600w that can be as little as 130w or really 600w. Its going to be dependant on which you have, as well as other things of course.
It was a cheap LED. Actual wattage is 135w. Though it said it is equivalent to 600w I'm not sure that's true or just false advertising but I can say it is very bright!

Its very false.
With the best tech (leds) out there you can get equivalent lighting with 30%-40% less power. So to get equal to 600w HPS you want about 400w of highly efficient LEDs, can be done for less wattage but that adds to the cost.
If its a cheap light aim for 40-50w per square foot

RDWC is going to seriously out yield your soil grow in that same space.
Maybe so. Anything over a pound seems to be a good number for the light no matter the medium. I know RDWC would be faster by a large amount but I tend to go away once a month for a few days so soil is just easier in that regard. Plus I'm a lazy grower and don't tend to spend much time gardening. Most times ill garden for 5 minutes every day or so.
RDWC doesn't really suit lazy. I have grown flush and drain using Perlite/ Vermiculite many, many years ago but again it wouldn't suit my lifestyle so much anymore. I have however been thinking of going Hempy....

A lot of this is going to be based on experience. A first-time grower may hit .5g/w, while the experienced grower, who has the correct strain in a SCROG that has been vegging for a few extra weeks, might get 2lbs. An experienced grower will know how far the light should be throughout the grow, the proper ways to vent and circulate the air, how to quickly identify and correct issues, how to properly feed and adjust pH levels, and really, know how avoid problems all together. Problems along the way can stunt growth, affect potency and yield, etc...

There's a big difference between what a professional baseball player, and an amatuer, can do with the same bat :-)
