I had temporarily gotten thrown out of my house because my girlfriend became pregnant and had an emotional issue. Her dad cut down the plants because they were stinking up the house because I took my lights, but he did end up saving it for me to pick up. She and I realized later that she was pregnant, and that was why I got thrown out. We’re now back together.
Unless you’re talking about last February where I was growing 12 plants at a partner’s house before she pulled a .357 LadySmith on me. In which case, you’re right. I didn’t get any product from that run because the bitch was a drunk and lost her shit. I’d like to see how you react with a gun in your face, nevermind leaving with any product.
She had the kid last fall. Beautiful baby girl!Wow! Thats hammer-hammer hard!
All this because your wife is getting pregnant? Hormones, what ?!
Poor dog!
Hope that was the last time you had to look into a gun barrel. I do not want to know what she does to you when you go out and your eyes hit coincidentally another nice ass, Lol!
Joking aside!
Congratulations! I hope everything is nice and healthy!
Do you already know if it will be a boy or a girl?
Best wishes!
Bro i thought you were pursuing an education and credentialing in psychology? She had the kid last fall. Beautiful baby girl!
My girlfriend and that situation was one thing. The 50-year-old hippie chick growing partner was my weed dealer and I owed her money; pulling the gun on me was because I refused to fuck her, completely different story. I did not expect that lady to be such an inveterate, wet brain-suffering drunk. She hides it well, surprisingly after drinking a pint of vodka and half a pint of Jaegee in only a couple of hours.
Makes sense. The difference in a 7" and 8" radius pizza is 1/3rd extra pizza.

I am. This all happened last year. I just started the semester on the 16th. I have half a semester left before transferring. Eventually going for a doctorate in Psychopharmacology. All As and Bs so far, pretty consistently at the top of my class. I have no control over pregnancy hormones, bro. Haha.Bro i thought you were pursuing an education and credentialing in psychology?
don't know where you got your degree in electrical engineering but you should demand a refundWatts and electrical energy is a form of input. It’s what the light uses, not the plant. The photons are the output energy.
The reason a 200-250w COB will perform like a 600w HPS is because HIDs are incandescent, meaning they use heat to create light by design. Everyone should easily recognize that heating an element up consumes and wastes quite a bit of electricity. It’s why we are switching from normal enhanced incandescent house lights to LED lights. COBs use electroluminescence, whereby a current is passed over/through a phosphor chip creating light in a spectrum correlated to the elements in the chip face. This is how COBs can put out the power of HIDs with less than half the wattage and minimal heat without breaking the Four Laws of Thermodynamics.
Are we all in agreement with this information?
We established that I was right, anyway. So I dunno what you’re acting childish for. As long as I maintain a PPFD of 900-1100 in my growspace, I am spreading the PPFD of a 600w HPS over my plants. Not in a square meter, but to the extent of my grow area.
Your mother gave it to me; I doubt she’ll give me my money back, though, because now you’re here and I owe her back child support.don't know where you got your degree in electrical engineering but you should demand a refund
not to pick but you stated that cobs are more than twice as efficient as an HID bulb, and that an HID bulb is incandescentWe established that I was right
Wow very very nice . What lights, nutes & strain?Try doing this with 241w of HPS, or even 400w. Tight node structure, excellent bulk, completely dense, no stretch, awesome tric production, etc. these plants were 4 feet tall. The intensity of the light kept it from stretching.

1013 PPFD in half a meter. I have a friend growing with a 400w HPS, and the plant is stretchy and super skinny, despite the light being 8-12” above it. Nowhere near as healthy and happy as what I grow.Besides what CobKits said, you also claimed that you can compare PPFD spot measurements to PPF. Which is also not true.
A 200-250W COB (when run rather soft) will produce something like 500 to 625umol/s. That's nowhere near the 1150umol/s produced by 600W HPS bulb. Even if you add reflector losses for the HPS it's still nowhere near.
But of course you can grow under half the amount of light if you use half the size tent you would use for a 600W HPS.
Using said light in the half-meter, it is as efficient. But yeah, I was wrong.not to pick but you stated that cobs are more than twice as efficient as an HID bulb, and that an HID bulb is incandescent
none of that is actually true.
