Help with led cob!!!

OK guys I'm buying a new light for the summer bc heat is way too much to deal with using my hps! I've been reading and watching videos about the new cree 9590 or some shit! It's a cob led hooked to a heatsink and power source! I have a 5x5 tent with on average around 10 plants. I need help bc I don't know exactly what I need to buy! Building it doesn't seem to hard with the help of youtube. If anyone could help me with a grocery list of which cree cobs I need what kinda heatsink and what kinda power source I'd be very greatful! I'd like to stay under about 4-500 bucks if possible and was thinking of doing around 9-12 lights on one fixture!

You might be better with luminus CXM22 cobs, be a bit cheaper and just as good.

I've checked those out and they look good I can build a frame with stuff from lowes or home depot! My question is tho for those led bulbs there is over 10 choices for color I know I'm looking for 3500 I think bit I have no idea which is best or what it really means! And with that driver and bulbs do I need anything else to go with it? Other than the frame I have to build? Thanks for the help guys I'm very new to led but interested and learning as much as I can! BTW my tent is a 5x5 and I need my light to get close to matching my 1k hps with the eye hortilux bulb!

3500k = veg/flower
3000k = flower/veg too but depends on strain

Also if I got this exact set up you saying I should use 1 driver and 10 of these cxm cobs? I was thinking about doing rows or 4 with 4 cobs in each row, but I'm here to learn and honestly have no idea what I really need! My main issue is heat or I would continue to use my hps! Thanks for chiming in with great info and links I really do appreciate it!!!

I haven't spoken to him, do u have a email or something I didn't know it was a person thought it was more of a big buisness!
