IME tri nodes yield less but not by much, buds at the nodes were shorter and fatter, and there are three instead of two. I've seen it like yours, started with first set of leaves, almost every branch was a tri node, and Ive had ones where the trinode starts on a branch or 2 at some point and continues. The ones where it stared on a branch or two is what leads me to the statement they yield less, I observed it.Seriously? I have seen this before but always toss them. I may keep it if this is true
Definitely let it ride, they are fun to watch, I was always curious to see if it was continuiung. I like to watch what plants do without training too, dont know if this is part of your plan for the pheno hunt.So upon encouragement i suppose leafy is going to stay and I will see how it develops. Traits that apparently some desire. Since im not breeding with it why not let it rideView attachment 4083309
Very interesting. Let me thank you for your time spent observing tri leafs so your able to pass that on to me. I really appropriate that. I will be topping and some supercropping so we will see how it takes that. But I wont if it grows with multiple tops alreadyDefinitely let it ride, they are fun to watch, I was always curious to see if it was continuiung. Chuck away my friend! I see nothing wrong with that. You get the most variations to pick from and lots of seeds to secure your future. Many true breeders dont like it but hey. Good male X good female....no harm in that. Its nice to have exclusive stuff that derived from your own doing as wellIm in.
Just tried my first "chuck" well see if i didnt successfully make some mutes lol

All the tri plants I've grown have grown out of the thricotyledon stage as they mature in veg, also clones don't continue in tricot form either. Just another plant from what I've found. Cheers and good growingsSo upon encouragement i suppose leafy is going to stay and I will see how it develops. Traits that apparently some desire.
