well for one...might wanna read that box again.....100watt cfl bulbs are equiv to 23 watts each...so basically your running about 120 to 140watts if you add them up....unless the box say other wize....

Just checking you know it needs to be complete darkness. No light at all. Evan the little led lights that tell you your TVs on any light at all can mess her up

There can’t be any light getting in it’s very important. If you want to flip her you can just let her have 12 hours sleep then wake her up and she has 12 hours light and so on that’s how you get her to start flowering it’s simple. Personally when I flip I leave mine for about 36 hours in darkness then start my 12 on 12 off. It allows the plant to build up certain hormones it needs to start flowering as it can only get these in the dark. I see my plants flower quicker and finish earlier
