Found a pair of controllers for humidity and temperature. Company is called INKBIRD. The English is a bit patchy on their site. But, from what I've seen. People don't seem to mind them.

Also. If I use these. I can make the other control board run lights and circulation fans. And these two can do the climate controls.

You just wire a supply in and then it has contacts that you can connect to some outlets and they switch according to what temp or humidity presets that you have programmed into it
