F***. I have been going to the gym almost daily, doing HITT/intervals on treadmills and elipticals, crunches, planks, medicine ball twists, side twists, leg press, press above the head, curls, lats and other machine weight training. I do the machines and free weights then HITT/Intervals for about 30 minutes.
I am doing the 18 hour fast with no breakfast and limited eating for lunch and dinner.
Cutting out milk, no red meat (I have normal blood pressure because I have avoided red meat for 30 years), trying to get rid of sugar and grains.
The intervals are about 8 to 10 - 30 second bursts with 90 seconds of moderate speed on elipticals or treadmill running up to 6.9 mph.
Getting in better shape but the tire is still there. Smaller and getting better but still there. I know one dude on here who does like 800 crunches. I cannot do that. Some guy on youtube says 100 squats a day.
I am going to get a decent mountain bike. I had one and it seems like the only thing that takes it off is 20 miles a day on the bike (flat land riding not trails) or hard core jogging and jogging is hard for me. I can walk then jog a little then walk - repeat.
Any supplements or speed that is good? Thanks.
