When to stop giving nutrients.

I’m growing blueberry auto an it’s day 58. I’ve been using the fox farm trio throughout the grow. The plant is coming along fine but my question is when do I stop giving it nutrients? This is my first grow so plz don’t come down too hard on me for not knowing. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Alot of people flush for 5-10 days just straight water. But don't drown your girls either.

If you didn't overfeed the whole grow, flushing isn't that important.

Looks like you've got a feww weeks to go man. Have you looked at the crystals with a scope?

Your calyxes haven't even swollen Nd your pistils haven't contracted

I think you've got a while to go. Never go by the recommended amount of days. That's in perfect lab conditions with CO2 and big lights and controlled conditions and probably hydro lol

Yeah I have looked at them through a magnifying glass but this is my first grow so I don’t really know all the ins an outs an what to look for. I started seeing sugar like frost on the leaves so I figured it’s coming down to the end. But hell what do I know lol. I’ve been reading as much as I can. An also asking questions up here to help out. Thanks for replying with that info. I’ll make sure to keep a close eye on it.

Man just keep doing what your doing. They look great.

The last two or three weeks of the plants life is where the magic happens. They start getting fat , and get super frosty.

Look again with your scope.

Most new growers harvest a week or two early man. It's a damn shame.

If you wait, that's where you get the smell. And a better, longer stone

You've waited this long... Wait as long as you can

2or 3 weeks man
Got you. Thanks for that chart. I’m a wait as long as I can an keep checking them out with the magnifying glass.

Yeah man youtube some time lapse videos of a cannabis life cycle. You'll see why you need to wait. Your buds will fatten up.

What light are you using

I don’t stop feeding. I reduce what I feed but never stop.

Good info about waiting! I'd like to add that in the images shown, the buds need at least 4 more weeks so there is no reason to bother checking trichromes until you see the calyxes swell. Great looking plants :leaf:
Thanks man. I’ve been putting in a lot of work on this girl. Some of the pistils have started turning orange so I’m definitely excited to see what my end results are.

You never stop feeding? How does that make your bud taste at the end? I’ve read that you should just give it water at the end to flush out the nutrients an give it a better taste an smoke. But this my first grow so I’m just telling u what I’ve read lol

Nope smooth good tasting smoke comes from proper drying and curing. It's one of the most underrated parts of growing. Flushing does nothing.

if you keep your grow medium healthy than there is no need to force water. i am a soil guy so i fertilize till a few days days before i cut the plant and than i do not water for three days so the plant drys and gets anything left from the soil naturally.

Then why does nearly all dispensary weed smell taste and feel like grow product instead of weed? Quit pretending it doesn't. Because it does. Fill us in on why dispensary hydro taste like grow product instead of weed.

It doesn't taste "harsh" or "fresh" or some generic nonsense. It tastes exactly like the products it was grown with. Again. Quit pretending this isn't reality. And just help us understand.

Because its immature and not dried, cured or stored properly.
Its mass produced.
