Light burn, nitrogen def?

Im growing in a pc case, and everything has looked ok up til a couple days ago. My seedlings went from a good green to a yellow green.
- Im semi sure i havent over watered, ive only added water when i stick my finger in an inch or so and its dry.
- My soil is totally not ideal. I was going to run thirds of vermiculute, peat, and compost. I had some jobes organics natural and organic potting mix on hand and was out of compost to make my mix, so i went with the jobes and thought it would be ok. It may not be.
- My lights are screw in led. I had 1 soft white 9w 800 lumen with diffuser on, and 1 14w daylight 1100 lumen in. I added a 2nd daylight 2 days ago. Diffusers are cut off of them. Plants were within a couple inches fron them and had no stretch at all so i thought that was good distance. I dropped them down a couple more inches when i added the 3rd light.
- temps have been mostly between 74-80F and occasionally hit above 80 depending on my room temp. I may take the 3rd light out due to heat.
- strains are auto seeds diesel berry and polar express

Idk if i need to let soil dry more, add some nutes, or remove light/ lower plants, or if im off the mark completely. Whats the first move guys? Thanks. Ill add some earlier and most recent photos for color difference, and to see how my box is set up. First photo is about day 4.

Let the soil dry out, can see one of those girls is droopy... Probably taking on too much water... for seedlings you shouldn't over do the watering, 50ml at most per plant and leave it a couple of days (check on them regularly to avoid a costly error later on). Beyond that they dont look like need anything else at this stage... Dont kill your seedlings with nutes before they are strong enough to handle it

I'd also suggest to figure out a way to get clean airflow going round your grow area, looking at it though, you dont have much space... Definitely i'd get that sorted out though so you can promote strong, healthy stem development and give your girls some natural airflow too.

Hey thanks for the reply. Ill try and let them dry up some more and see what happens. I had a small desktop fan but it went out and i gotta get another one. I was just concerned with how green they were to how yellowish they are now and thought id ask on here.

dont add nutrients at this stage either, it will cause issues. Wait until the plants show signs of color improvement would be my other advice.

agree there deffo dont add any more nute,s looks as if there is not much drainage going on ,as in perlite get few pen holes into the soil away from your seedling up the humidity ,they relay only need very like water and a spray at this stage n with the air going will get the soil drier and humidity up

I only use RO water for the first 2 weeks from seed myself personally then in week 3 introduce Cal-mag and other good stuff, mainly grow OG strains so they LOVE the MG/Cal

Don't water them till next weekend unless the shit bakes dry under those LEDs. I only use CFL for seedlings.

LED is fine at a 25 inch or more distance and with good fan circulation... if you'v got no fan on... well... Crispy baked herb for dinner hehe

I only use RO water for the first 2 weeks from seed myself personally then in week 3 introduce Cal-mag and other good stuff, mainly grow OG strains so they LOVE the MG/Cal

lol (CRISPY) We have all done basic mistakes ... need a fan in there no doughy about it that helps with humidity as you know seedling pull water from the air as they dont have a great root structure yet my self i use bio light mix small amount of root feed n foil spay ,after 3 weeks trans to my all mix no nutes except 1/2 cal n mag plant magic week 4 1 ml a grow and so on

yes blue cfl 300 watt for me then on to 250 hps

Start seeds in small cups. Overwatering is your worst enemy. Then swap out to bigger sizes once established

Nutes early aren’t so needed just use a balanced mix. And sugar and ph adjustments help imo

just about theses LED lights ok there cooler but i dont think i am ready to go down that road ,not talking about this guys wee LED'S like mars as have a friend that got a mars LED 1 with bloom n veg switch not full spec even he notice a difference with grows from his HPS lights but each to there own defo not knocking them also not got the space needed for them ,as in a decent LED light only use 2n half feet square 5,5 tall all just for my personal meds

Ya as others have stated there isnt really much wrong with them at this point, you just need to be careful of over watering and promoting air circulation inside.
You could still transplant into smaller cups/pots with drainage. It would make it easier to monitor each one and to water.

Also from another point of view, prevent any root crossing and tangling issues.

Thanks guys! The tray is a plastic meal prep tray. I figured it was the best thing i had laying around that was short. I poked several holes in the bottom for drainage. I have the lid upside down under it for a catch pan. Im gonna let it dry out, and ill cut back to 1 light and drop down. Today i noticed it looks like very light browning on the edges of the leaves. Very very small and i doubt i could get a picture of it. I did start them in cups but i heard autos dont like transplant so i swapped them into my container pretty quick. I was only gonna put one in there but got excited about getting going again , i just had to pop 2 lol. I may put a divider between them.

Ok guys heres an update:
- added a fan
- lowered the plants
- put a divider between them
- no additional water as of yet

The diesel berry has really perked up, and the polar express has perked up a bit, but still isn't all perky, but she has had a little droop since day one. I ran my finger all the way down and soil is pretty much all the way dry. Should i water some today? Wait until tomorrow? How much if so?
