Every person is currently banned from purchasing a firearm and ammo for the purpose of murder.
Lying on a gun purchase form is currently banned.
Mentally ill people are currently banned from keeping or bearing arms.
People taking experimental psychotropic mind altering drugs are currently banned from keeping and bearing arms.
Guns are currently banned from schools.
Shooting unarmed kids is currently banned(leo may differ)
Police and FBI ignoring warnings and the identity of an armed crazy school shooter and hiding from trouble is currently banned.

Just one more ban is all we ever needed:wall:

When people shoot others in an act of violence which initiates offensive force, and when people threaten to take away or restrict gun ownership from a person who isn't using and hasn't used offensive force, the mass murderers and the politician and their sychophants, (you) have something in common. They are BOTH more than willing to use offensive force to achieve their goals.

A gun is an inert object, which can be used by murderers and threatened to be used by busybodies. That kind of use is offensive force.

A gun can also be used to defend against murderers and nanny state gun grabbers (who are willing to use guns offensively) . That kind of force is defensive force, which is an action used in repelling offensive force.

Your proposal, "common sense gun laws" is a euphemized way of saying, you and others are willing to use guns offensively to achieve your goals. Otherwise how do you propose enforcing your gun restrictions, if not by using or threatening the use of guns to enforce your law?
