The fee is non-refundable... I imagine to keep non-legit applicants from trying to sneak through, so it may not necessarily indicate an approval.

that i do not know...personally I paid a clinic to pay the state so i dont have a check i can watch.

I just got an email from the state stating that my application is currently under review so that's good news I guess

Joseph, thanks for the update, that sounds promising and given your 12/18 application receipt date could be good news for a lot of us here...please keep us informed and I'll do the same as to any response I get to my email today regarding my app with a 12/14 receipt date.

that sounds like you originally emailed them before today, but in the prior post you say today at 1130, so a bit confused.

App. sent in 12-6-17.......today's is day 84 and the mail came without my card. Knowing my luck I'll get it this weekend and can't use it til Monday.
If they are having problems with mine wouldn't I have heard something about that by now?

Tanker mailed his app on 12/6, and has an unknown application receipt date, for clarity. Tanker, may your card arrival be imminent but I think you and I are probably looking at next week.

you werent asking me, but from what ive gathered here you dont get a heads up email before the card arrives unless you happen to pester them via email during the timeframe after theyve approved your app.
Welp that saves me the time of checking my email every 5 minutes lol. Thanks for the reply, hoping for it to pop up next week. Fingers crossed!

Oh sorry, they did receive my app on 12-6. My 1st call that went through I was told it was received and that they couldn't say no more.
