advice needed on extracting oil

Hi guys, this is my first attempt at this so just needing some info. Am extracting using alcohol, I need to know if using fresh trim will be ok, also are you better off blending the trim as fine as it can get, or does it not matter. Also what is a safe temp when heating up to evaporate the alcohol ? Any advice is greatly appreciated, thanks guys.

I believe you double boil it. Ive never made oil myself. A friend does and im certain he double boiled it outside. No smoking, be ventilated.

I butane blast and have always done so with dry trim that I run through a food processor to a powder. No idea if it's right but it's what I do and works well ebenou
