My plant is yellowing more every day why?

Thanks guys. I just noticed in the side rain holes the roots are trying to come out. They air pruned but I can see a buch from the side. I think she has a good root system going which would like you said explain how difficult this feeding is for me to manipulate in such a small cup. It’s day 14, I got my 3 gal smart pots in the mail. I think it’s time to transplant tomorrow. That small area for the roots is probably slowing her growth down and making it difficult. If I have learned anything it’s to not intervene as much as I have. Just let the plant adjust . Good learning experience. I think she’s going to turn out great despite my mishaps. It’s afghani x northern lights. I have heard anything afghani is going to have some stem purpling.

Your gonna do fine bro, if you take you own advice.
When you transplant tomorrow, and you remove the solo cups. Be carefull when you do, but just loosen the roots a little if they've started bunching, to avoid your roots from "corkscewing".
I admire the way you handled your situation. Keeping your calm and thinking about what youre doing and why, i think is the best advice you gave, yourself.
I think youre gonna get in some good grows brotha :hump:

Ive noticed with my coco, magnesium and calcium are the first lockouts to show.
Obviously taking genetics into consideration as far as purpling goes.
But mine arnt purples, so i know, when purple starts to show on mine, my ph is low.
And when i have your symptoms in your original post, i know my ph is high.
And 99% of the time when i check my runoff, its what i got.
I use "growlush" a+b, during flower, and find if i use too much, my ph drops.
Ya done goon man. Full steam ahead

If all you got is coco then you need some nutes fer sure. The purple left the stems and thats good but i wouldnt neglect the cal mag. My honest opinion is (if you can) and i dont know how old your plants are but fox farms makes a stawberry fields soil i have used it on my last pot up -
2 times now and friggin wow. Mix that with your coco stop nutes and wait. I do like adding coco but i dont personaly like only coco last grow
Cbd blue shark and cbd mango have ff happy frog to germ - then from cup to one gal. Happy frog. Full strenght dyna grow every other water for aBout 3 weeks straight tap water as soul is already balanced And cal mag only every every time full strengh every time right Then when i see roots in the drain holes hapoy frog and strawberry fields in 3. Or sometimes 5 gal pot
Leaves cak mag Every other no more nutes and leaves are brilliant (couple telliw out thats nature but the are super grean and healthy. I also use led and that is why i use alot of cal mag
But to answer you queastion about restarting nutes ya real got no choice u need nitrogen And try dyna- grow just the grow rhe bloom stuff sux it is all salt based so thats why i prefer the soil bs just coco to feed it

Transplanted. In my opinion after an hour she is looking better and better. The roots were not bound and it turned out to be perfect timing. I pre soaked the soil. She seems a bit overwatered from the flush/feeding yesterday even in her coco solo cup it was quite moist. I’m going to let her chill for another 8 hours in her new home before giving her a light 1/4 feeding just to make sure I’m not overdoing it.On the purple stem: the purple is literally a thin almost skin like sheath and is peeling off on its own with fully green stem underneath. Still have some yellowing on the leaves, the droop makes it look worse than it is I think. I believe she’s just hungry, but like I said I’m going to let her rest In her new pot for a good 8 hours before a light feeding.The main stem is kind of bent over, is this an issue or will it be fine over time?

Just mixed 1/4 nutes no calmag,and a half tsp of Epsom salts. You are 100% right after looking up mg def that’s my problem. It doesn’t seem to have become too bad so hopefully the Epsom will get her back on track. I hear that leaves suffering from this generally won’t go back to green, but as long as the rest of her improves that will be fine.

Try easier.
There will be no quick fixes..... I read here somewhere, nothing good happens fast in a grow room.
The most common deficiency new growers encounter, is patience.

Ive had plants that looked way, WAY worse than that one turn out fine.

coco on first run,shoulda grabed some soil more forgiving good luck

Mix about a fifth by volume vermicompost into the extra coco you will need to fill the larger bags.
It will sort out most of your issues with micros.

Mag can be quite easy to notice sometines. Despite the interveinal yellowing, leaves form a V shape of yellow from the tip of the leaf inwards.

By no means am I trying to say is gospel, but I think it's important to note the experiences I've had myself.
This is my current grow. They are 35 days from seed.
Transplanted a week ago, in 100% coco. They were probably double the size of yours when I transplant.
I hand water, DTW. I'm right now, as of just this morning still only giving 5 mL/9L of water. Coco is really "bi-polar" lol.
Worry about you ph, most importantly.
Then your light and environment.
Keep nutrients as the very, very last solution IMHO.

I wouldnt up the feed for a little either, not until your plant has grown into its pot a little. Besides getting a mushy medium, where there are no roots, all the excess will lock onto the new coco. In several days when the roots reach the bottom youll have the same problem faster than you can say "lockout". Itll also be a hell of a lot harder to fix the issue aswell, because youll have a lockout on a small plant, in a large pot.
Id say keep a track of your ec. When your plant is at 90% health, and the ec's in your runoff are starting to read just a touch lower than whats going in, id say itd be safe to up your feed slightly.
You'll learn a hell of a lot about macros and micros using coco.

I grew in soil once a long time ago and had no issues at all. Coco is a whole new beast. I was following some popular websites guide to coco and that was completely horrible. It called for nutes day 1 and weird ratios. Now I know better.

It really is the closest hydro to soil. :hump:
