its in flowering atm
I see. With the only info being the pic..and with the lights on its even harder to see the colors properly..seems to be potassium lacking. Again, does not mean you should add it as with the given info, it's impossible to tell if its a deficiency, or lockout caused by toxicity of another element or ph out of range. Based solely on the pic..she shows that she's not getting potassium in her..and starting flowering..she will be using that along with magnesium the most.
Try to take a pic without led's on. It does not appear to be a calcium deficiency at all..magnesium though is likely missing or locked out. Half a tablespoon of molasses seems a bit much. The plant is not flowering yet, so not much need for the phosphorus from both big bloom and molasses. With the added molasses it can throw things out of whack. I only speak from experience with molasses. It's high in iron and potassium as well. Generally too much nitrogen (ammonium form), calcium or phosphorus, will lock out potassium. Take a look at this pic and see if it helpsI see.
pH is always 6.8 or 7 the soil is a bit acidic that’s why I pH at so high the run off comes to about 6.6 or 6.4
Lights are 600w led at 24 inches away
Humidity is now at 50
Temps runs between 80-75
I use 1/2 strength Tiger Bloom 2-8-4 and give it Big Bloom with 1/2 tbls of unsuphered molasses every other watering. I don’t supliment with cal mag and maybe that’s what’s going on?
Look s like classic magnesium deficiency. Check out magnesium deficiency on a horticultural website/book for reference.I see.

Way to much nutrients for a small plant you fried her... just my 2 centI use 1/2 strength
Ph? AdjustI see.

It has nothing to do with iron deficiency. Iron deficiency is at the very top only, and the yellowing is intervenial which starts at the base of the leaf and moves out towards the tip. Seems it's potassium, but with no other pics visible, one has to go by the info given. We don't even know what he's growing in..just said 'soil'? Feeding something that is 2-8-4 may not be great either. A plant should never get more phosphorus than potassium unless a clear deficiency exists. If P accumulates, it will cause potassium issues. OP seems to have left, so i think we're just debating this amongst ourselves lol.Looks like iron deficiency to me, based on the chart Blitz35 linked.
