If it has a N-P-K ratio on the soil it has slow release nutrients in it. Allot of your common potting mixes has it in it. I usually use compost tht has been sitting for a year or three.

Les engrais qui se libere lentement. Il est bon d'avoir des nutriments dans votre sol, mais pas ceux qui sont à libération lente.

I've transplanted them yesterday into the new soil without perlite but it still has NPK in it , wil that help if so when should i look out when it becomes more healthy or not ? If not i still got some other seeds left , should i grow these into the new soil and see how things go? I don't want to overstress it but it's on my mind every day.... I'm waiting to get my PH tester that i ordered , maybe my water is at a 8 and is not good for these babies...

Just keep an eye out on the tops and make sure they don't bleach. Those Mars aren't that powerful but it can still happen.

Put them in soil with no npk. Perlite is good unless its the kind with added nutrients. Cannabis plants dont need many nutrients for the first couple weeks of life. And get a ph meter. Test your water. For soil you want the water ph to be around 6.5 give or take a little. And if you are using tap water you really want to at least get rid of the chlorine/chloramine, if the water where you live contains it. As well as many of the other dissolved solids if possible. You might be able to save them if you get them in some quality soil with some decent water. But be careful not to overwater.
