No.. That isnt how buying a gun works... It wouldn't be registered to him.. The gov wants to make weak minded fools that want these laws to pass so they can control your ass... Just like why they dont care about giving gov benefits out left and right.. Not anybody who supports guns is a gun nut. Anybody who supports the NRA or supports the status quo for gun laws or opposes better gun regulations and other measures to reduce the availability of guns for homicides and mass shooting is a gun nut.
