If it were me. I would mix up some new soil with perlite. Pull her out and shake some of that nasty looking soil off and replant. Cross fingers and watch her recover.

Something also comes to mind on the level of Revegging.
Where I would leave some growth after harvesting. Pull the plant and cut out 50% of the root mass and replant in new soil. Takes about a month to start to .....
Did similar to what you said except I pruned it some more afterward also poked about 100 holes in the soil because I didn't n would not have the time.to.get to it for a few days. Came back the soil was still moist so I downsized the pout for about 5 days remixed the soil he had after flush and sterilizing and amending the soil reported it. So all in all I believe in total it has slowed the pm at down by like 5 weeks or so. But I am happy she is healthy again and want to see what types of bud she produces
