Is this bag seed really flowering outdoors already?

It's only March and i started planting this bag seed in December with old soil in a small pot outdoors just messing around. It looks to me that its flowering already? The days are getting longer and warmer. How can she look like this?

Even if the days are getting longer they aren't long enough to grow plants outside without them going into flowering.

Also it looks over watered. The stress could send it into flower.
