Got a ugly problem with the leafs!

Hi people this is my first post and I'm also new to growing. I've been growing for 2 weeks now and I'm on my second day of veg and I gotta ugly problem that came up on the leafs. Can anyone tell me what it is and how do I fix it? At the moment they just getting pH water and under 600 watts hps. I'm in the process of starting the nutrition cycle now. Help would be much appreciated thank you.

How close is the HPS? is the medium dry or wet? what is your pH currently?

How close is the HPS? is the medium dry or wet? what is your pH currently?

My ph is 5.9 hps at .70 metre and the soil is semi wet.

Soil ? I see lecca? how are you growing, Hydro or soil ?

Those aren’t the leaves you need to worry about, look at new growth maybe not so hot in your room.
