Have u tested for residual butane? I could never get shit to wax up unless i messed around with it half purged, and heat for prolongued periods of time.

Ive used same material to make oil and wax, I can be done with the shatter purge in around 4 to 6 hours and the wax will take me at least 36h to have desired consistency.

Care to share your method in some detail?

My method is very simple .
Boil off till consistency in prior pic .....
Taffy like .
Then I vac at 98 degrees for 4 hrs then purge ,fold .
Repeat till it starts to wax and the i just flip not fold till dry on edges.
I test thick areas before I pass on to friends and family.
