It expires a year from the effective date on your acmpr so your good until November 2017

If your doctor signed one year for you. Basically the doctor effective date is not used anymore.

When I called HC said it is not backdating; and this change only applies to registrations going forward and after the decision which if I recall correctly from the conversation was March 2 2018.
