No gb, it will not be and is not legal for a med patient to sell. Period. That's the whole point of this shit show-government control, not free market.

You are right, can’t sell medical. But, what about Rec MJ? No storage limits, and you can give 30g away to anyone/everyone over 18 years old. So smart Rec growers are gonna “give” the 30g of MJ away, but it comes with a $150 piece of Chinese glass, or a $150 pack of high end rolling papers....etc. The point is, the weed in the transaction is always free..and the Lp’s and cops can’t do shit about it!

i was saying med patients can apply to sell what they grow like anyone else..They have at least the ability to grow medically for themselves...just sayin if someone wanted to push the idea, it could be done.
