It's always the little med growers that worry the piss outta LE. They're just going to make them go underground like all of the other legal states. Didn't think MMJ patients would get such a raw deal.

That would be rough. Any mention of specific 'tightening?'
bunch of little shit, but the big one is no call inspections,an they going to get real picky on tracking, labeling once the rec stores r open they no they cant compete with all the taxs added on. the axe is coming down this is coming from a 30 yr state rep who works on the panel who happens to live next door to me.he gives two shits about weed one way of the other

This is why I was against legalization but for decriminalization.

They are already cutting back on the number of plants legal citizens can grow and how many plants can be grown on your land. Regardless of how many adults are in said household. They already know they have little chance to collect tax money if everybody and their brother can grow it. It won't end until they strip the rights to grow your own and make you buy it from designated stores.
This is how greed and corruption works. Isn't capitalism great.

On another note they are looking to change med laws. Allowing for unlimited patients for caregivers but allowing only 30 plants per caregiver. Caregivers would also be allowed to have storefronts to sell their products. The state would supply the software and portal to track from seed to fruition (product). Labs would also have to be inspected by engineers, not state fire marshals.
So yes the reins are tightening..

I agree just talked to him again everything is set rules have been layed out, lapage is going to veto anything to do with weed till he leaves this fall.:spew:he doesn't think rec stores will open till jan of next yr so carry on at least 1 more summer to load the back yard up.i think the first greedie fuckers that open a store front r in for a big surprise killer ins r 100 bucks round here

Well I feel that anyone who voted for rec(not me) was under the assumption that we would still be allowed 6 plants. And now down to three. Seems to be going in the wrong direction. Over regulation is destroying the USA, and not just pertaining to marijuana. Human rights, gun laws, political corectness.
I was a caregiver, but I don't like the way the program is going, and I'm tapping out. Back to the the old way of doing things. But that gives me the anxiety wicked bad. So I'll be smoking heavily.

The new med guidelines and Rec law that was forced passed after veto will drive the black market up here and ramp up exports.

unfortunately the rec bill was forced into law and we will be seeing massive restrictions going into place (no at home concentrate production, 3 plant per adult limit, etc.)

Reduced plant counts so you'll buy from a state licensed dispensary?
They believe in their black little hearts that the excess crop from rec grows is going to the black market, or at the very least being transferred to others who aren't growing. That amounts to lost revenue. This is all about money.

I'm in MA, and right now medical dispensaries are charging roughly $15 a gm; yeah they discount higher quantities but thats the per gram price. When we finally go legal and shops can sell, taxes will drive that up to $20/gm. Since we will be a seed to sale state, they can only buy from a few licensed growers, so their costs will be fixed.

Right now the street price is around $5-$7/gm and its falling. It only costs $0.50/gm to grow it.

This isn't about crime. It isn't about medicine or care or individual rights. It's about money.

Our turn will come. Our governor is a republican, but so far he hasn't been an asshole wrt weed. The legislature tried to clamp down on homegrowing last year but backed off for now. For now. The cannabis commission is just coming together. They will be the new sherrif in town. It won't be pretty.

if i piece it out slowly i can get about 130 a zip. if i unload 5+ units at a time is 14 a unit which comes out to 87.5 a zip.... these are standard prices for good quality indoor in Southern Me. yes you can get 150-180 a zip if you want to get rid of it real slow...

what u talking about now there douch bag,iam happy at 100 a zip don't fuckin quote me asshole if u cant grow for 100 a zip get out of the game
Yeah, I figure my indoor grows are running about $0.50/gram; and I'm not even trying to keep costs down or doing anything in volume. That's about $14 a zip to grow. I don't sell it, but I'd take an $80 profit.
