I'm helping my bro switch to LED and we're looking at 6 of the solskin boards for a 4ft x 8ft grow (just using 2 of the 3 channels - no far red). I'd go boards of some sort or samsung F strips from digikey or somewhere over cobs. I asked for opinions over in the LED thread and that seemed to be the consesnsus
I was leaning towards the QB’s I’d probably go for strips but I’m going to use it in the party cup challenge so as usual for me it’s a last minute sort of thing

I'd go 2 channel as a minimum because you get twice as many diodes as the one channel offering and it's only an extra 40 or 50 bucks per board. the 3 channel adds far red or blue and would be awesome but it makes them a fair bit more pricey. I want some good evidence that far red makes a big difference and I haven't found much on that to be honest. 3 channel would be better I'm sure but complicates driver requirements and like I say costs a lot more

If I was just in the market for 1 board like you are then I'd trick it out and go all in with 3 channel with the far red.
