I've had 2 and never had any directions as to what to eat, or not eat, afterwards. I had a huge meal both times, after the fasting and the flush, I was ravenous. Gotta just get back on that horse.

We had some frosty chocolate flavoured vodka the other night. Man, was it good, goes down like Don(m) Pedro.

really, it's just potato salad if it was jacked up on more veggies,
