When growing pot is legal:
We will have pot parties. A lot like Tupperware parties but way better.
We'll exchange seeds, tokes, stories and train newbies...
Oh yeah and share some snacks...
At least twice a month.. What fun we are going to have.

had rec over a yr,med since 99 no stores sell yet just the crapy disp,i feel once the stores open an folks c the price an quality iam going to boom!!! been at this LONG fucking time loyal trusted custumer base is where its at. I might even be able to raise my price once the state gets in the gameLOL

quality will always command a better price. Here in the province of Ontario the idiots running the show want a pot store run by the gov. The new guy coming up wants the free market to decide and i like that idea a lot better. They spent 650,000 to have a firm design the ontario cannabis store logo.....are you kidding...no i am not.

If you had of made it a 10k prize for the guy/gal/person with the best design you would have had a far better result.

But the liberals are really good at pissing away tax dollars on nothing. :D I speak for the actual taxpayers of Ontario. Your mileage may vary.

In Canada are you restricted to four plants or do you have an actual 'free market' where you can grow what you want?

Four plant limit is like the goverment saying to the growers 'we will take it from here thanks chumps...!'

I still disagree with this. I will run 2 tents each 4 x 4 with 2 plants in each. It will always be more than adqueate and when i have extra it goes in the magical butter machine with coconut oil to make edibles.

Currently 1 tent 4 x4 and 1 tent 1 1/2 x 3 and I will probably add a 2 x 4 so i can better advise proper light per situation. I have a couple of dud lights to kijiji and i will upgrade.

I would also point out that if you have a script you can circumvent the count as per your prescription. I amend my original numbers i found the calculator. If you have a 5 gram a day script you can grow 19 indoor or 5 outdoor. A 10 gram a day script is 37 and 10 respectively.

I am going to get the doc to up my script to 5 a day and I will try a SOG !

The dispensaries are nice to get shatter, hash, moon rocks etc. I will have a look when they get going.

Ideally it would have been nice to have a 20 plant limit. I would try a flood table or a sog but that is not the case.

I also get how it impugns the grower who has been underground for a long time but in Canada they will thrive under the new rules simply because the licensed producers will never keep up with demand until they saturate it. Kind of like what happened in Oregon.

Cali had a great market till legalization. I moved here 7 years ago and have had a 6 figure salary doing this ever since, till this year. I live not to far from a native reservation that has 12 huge glass greenhouses with light systems going year round. Big money is taking over and will squeeze all of us out. Double your efforts and earn more while you can...

I've been slinging bud since 96. So I have a little experience, but never did as good as I did in Cali .

Good for you. 1000 plants runs 30 years ago and stilk growing in swamps. Lols not in it.. ok bud. Believe that. Enjoy the swamps of maine. I'll stick it out on my mountain top in san diego. Or I'll keep busy on my 80 acre orchard.

Like we are going to abide by laws created by pot-haters. nope
When growing pot is legal:
We will be able to talk freely and loudly about pot like never before.
We will gather around those politicians offices that keep our pot hero's incarcerated
When they have road checks for pot. We will gather there with camcorders to doxx those Aholes. AND make them very uncomfortable.
We will demand that those making these pathetic laws be listed and let go.
When we can talk openly the pressure will be on the pathetic's

We will be going out as groups planting the hillsides with female clones and fem seedlings. We have won. Let's start acting like it.

When that day comes I think swamp and i are going to rip up some fat thumbers and laugh and laugh because the law can go fuck themselves :D allegedly.

Home grown.
Growing your own has some benefits over growing commercially.
I trim the fan leafs off well before harvest.
I dab last years buds on the plants that are heavy with resin. (much better)
At harvest I hang the buds to dry and then wrap the individual stems in tinfoil.
Wow way better than the processed grow stuff. The pot seems moist and just better than the other stuff.
We will be able to cure better because we aren't in a hurry to get the product out the door to reduce dangers.
We can take our time.

Thats good but in no universe or dimension will the maths or length of time i have to wait be good enough let alone leave me with what i need from four plants.

But yer im shocked that Canada has such limits as they always seemed more liberal about stuff.
