So my plants are a bit over a week from sprout and they look fine, but I've killed at least 1 fungus gnat (squished a couple too fast for an autopsy) in my tent but I'll assume it was 3 or 4 total, pretty sure this is the very start of a possible problem just wanted some feedback as to how the infestation goes cuz the larvae are the ones that cause most problems to roots etc. Covered the top of soil with growstone to resolve the possible issue, just looking for a bit of insight on the matter, sorry for no pictures but it was definitely a fungus gnat from one I didn't completely pulverize.
I'm in fox farms a mix of both happy frog and ocean forest, I've heard a fair amount of gnat problems associated with it.
Also sorry if the post is kinda obsolete as I've already taken preventative measures jw on the timeline of how the problem spreads and general firsthand info, thanks!
