I have googled everywhere and just wanted a trained eye to take a look and see what they think. My seedlings are 1 week old and I notice the soil dries out very quickly (about a days time) the leaves are droopy even when watered, and now some of them are getting yellow and brown spots in them. A few have purple stems also. I have not fed them any nutes yet.

Here’s my setup and specs,

I’m using miracle grow general purpose soil (only for the time being because it is all I had at the time)

Water with gallon jugs of distilled water.

I’m running 2 150 watt cfl’s 6500k and 2 65 watt leds

Temp is staying around 77 degrees and goes up and down From time to time.

Humidity staying around 40’s

They are staying in small plastic box until next week.

I think your problem would be watering straight distilled water. Have you been adding calmag to it? Distilled water has no minerals or anything in it so its not a very good source of water unless you add back in to it.
How come you aren't using tap water? My tap water Ppm was pretty high so I dilute it with distilled or R/O to bring the ppm down and supplement with calmag every other water.
Do you have any idea what your water ph is?

Also are they 150w equivalent or 150w rated cfl? You can have cfl pretty close to the plant.. 3-4 inches at least. Put them close and put your hand in between. If you can leave your hand without getting hot its a good spot to be in.

The problem is that soil. miracle grow has too much of nutrients, especially for seedlings. The distilled water is fine to use.
I know people grow in miracle gro. I just read a big thread on it. Just as long as you watch how much you water them because it us slow releasing nutes you will be fine. At least that's what I was reading. I also sprouted mine in miracle grow and didn't have issues until I started feeding because I was not aware of the slow release nutrients in them.
But I definitely agree its not a great soil to grow in. I switched it up right away with FFOF. Which is still a hot soil from what I was reading.

I’m going to start using tap water and make my own soil mix immediately. The lights are watt equivalent. And after looking closer the main ones that seem to be affected are the auto’s. the rest don’t seem to be as bad? Also ph is staying near 6.0

You could try FF Light Warrior. It's designed for seedlings. You're suppose to switch to the Ocean Forest soil when the plant is bigger. Exactly when, I don't know, but you could ask a company rep or search their website.
