Rarely do I find plants ready before 65 days.. Letting plants go longer is always better then taking them early. I start my fade at day 55. Cut them down 65-70 days..
Hmm okayy. A little confusing not gonna lie. Rarely at 65 days but you cut down between 65 and 70, are you saying within those 5 days your plant will finish.Rarely do I find plants ready before 65 days.. Letting plants go longer is always better then taking them early. I start my fade at day 55. Cut them down 65-70 days..
No i can read just fine thanks, it's the way you worded it that didn't make sense. Since you explained yourself clearer, i can comprehend what you mean now. What you explained is basically a clear answer for me. 75 days seemed to me like to long, I'll just look have to look and see. Thanks for your infoHaving trouble reading??? " I rarely find anything done before 65 days " Not confusing at all.
When my lady's get to 55 days I start fading. At 65 days I have a look see. if ready there chopped, If not another 5 days have another look. 5 days can make a big difference. Rarely does anything need more than 75 day in my rooms..Harvest times are 65-75 days 99.9% of the time. Its been a few years since I had anything go longer.
I did what you said and took a couple samples that day. I also took a couple today to see if the highs are gonna be different. The first samples dried out today. I just smoked them, it's definitely more of a cerebral high right now. But it's good. I just watered with plain water today and here in a couple days when she's done drinking I'm gonna harvest and i think she will be just as i like. Thanjs for your advice. You should take this opportunity to learn about the effects of aging on your harvest. From here on out, take a small sample of bud every week until harvest time. Label them properly, dry and cure them, and save them until the rest of the harvest is done. Once all your samples are prepared, test each sample and compare the flavors and effects to see how much, if any, impact the additional time had on the end product.
New and young trichomes are clear in color and produce more of an uplifting, euphoric, anxious, head high kind of effect, while more of the sedative, relaxing, couch-locky kind of effects are produced in the older cloudy / milky / amber trichomes. When you sample early and later harvest times, you may find that you like the effects better of one over the other, and that's when you'll start harvesting for future crops. I like the head high I get from an earlier harvest, so when the calyxes are swollen, the pistils are mostly brown and I've got a few cloudy and amber trics, I usually cut it.
