Unsual growth in seedling

This seedling is about 3 weeks.
Was started on cfls until the first set of leaves after the cotyledons grew out..but looks very weird its niw outdoors under sun. Anyone know why it looks tim burtonish

You have to remember, the thing just woke up from hibernating in a tiny little shell.
Think what you look like in the morning!

Give it time. Don't give it too much water.
The soil looks like pure loam, which is generally good, but I'd cut it a little when you pot up.

Give her some time and you might want to change the soil to some good potting soil, Pro MIx or something with some drainage, let it get a bit bigger before you mess with it. She is delicate right now. Should be ok with a little TLC....

i treated some 10 year old seeds with gibberelic acid once, to get them to pop. 8 out of 12 sprouted, and 6 of those grew. they all looked like that for the first couple of sets of leaves, then they started to grow normally. not saying that's your cause, but they did look like that. maybe that strain just has a high natural content of Gibb?

Think its a different issue. I reaslise now that i should have sterilised the soil. Otherwise it hasn't moved a millimetre in 2 weeks

I have been combing the net and turns out its similar to mosaic which is untreatable.
