I was in the EU the end of last summer and can tell you they still got them good rolls. The orange Burger Kings "flames" took me way back to the early 2000s and the square music note prints were a very pleasant mix also. Buddy had some fat moon rocks also but I'll take a quality bean over the most pure molly any day. I havent been on any of the markets in years but if you were willing to look around you could almost always find awesome domestic resellers also.
All that to say I agree most of the US pressed pills have been trash more often than not. I quit rolling regularly about 10 years ago because of it. What would happen in my city is there would be sum good quality pills one week and then knock offs of the same stamp for the next few.. smh

I gotta agree with old mate. They killed the magic around 2005ish. From memory they stopped producing a quality precursor commercialy (there was only one place making it and its the only use was to make mdma).
Yes people found ways around it, yes you can still find it but its different now, the quality is just not the same. Not saying you cant get good stuff it just doesn't equal to the suff oft past.
I dont really get into it much anymore (actually i had 10 year gap without even touching it). Iv used it a handful of times in the last couple of years (some of the best you can get apparently) an even after eating half gram of so called quality im still sitting there with a disappointed look on my face. Like im high but not early 2000 high.
Back then it was like drop a pill, half hour latter you be like oh shit its kicking in, after an hour or so you felt like you were being propelled by a jet engine fueled on liquified unicorn farts, next few hours would get more intense till it got to the point you felt like you were going to die of awesomeness (you knew you were about to peak) after a while you get the urge to vomit an you dissappear into the bathroom for a good perge (allways a good thing) afterwards emerging from the bathroom peaking (best i can describe is lost hyper space) for a few hours then slowly coming down over another space of a few hours. Sleep wake up an spend the next 3 days sorting your head out (early 2000 gear fucking fried you every time)
The stuff today is like a weird speedy mood lift. Theres no peak, theres no come down (compared to back in the day), its mild and tame now.
Everyone i know who use to be in seen feel the same way now, we dont even bother unless its free, an even then its disappointing
Someone once told me to most of the stuff these days is like 95% khat anyways apparently if you add a gram of mda/mdma to an ounce khat any reagent test will show it as some form of md

Music notes, defqon, ferraris, teslas, heineken, "gold bars", burger king flames. If you can get real prints, super hard with the outpress instead of inpress and a split line, of any of those will immediately take you back in time (I know I cant be the only one who's had the pleasure of having these prints the past cpl years). These truly are pills that you only need a half at a time. The crews that make the best beans have all been using different shapes now and not the circle pills we grew up with. Thing is the real pills cost a bit more now than they used 2. The days of getting a 10 pack of real presses for $40-50 is a thing of the past unless your best friends with an importer. Trying to buy pills in a club in the US nowdays truly is a waste of time more often than not and if u were to want to get your hands on a real press your best bet would be getting on the DW. But if you say "it just doesnt equal the stuff of the past" there are plenty of lab tests that would say differently.

I have had most the presses you mention, first batches of the red defcons where amazing, gold bars hmmm, the first white dominos they where something else, partyflocks, purple magnets.
All backed up with lab tests not dodgy home kits or anything and all pure as could be.
