No where near enough for a 4x4 tent dude, that's good for a 3x3 tent. you want 30-40 watts per square foot.

Check out the HLG 600H if you want a prebuilt option for a 4x4 tent, its about $700 premade. Or cobkits/rapid led.

You dont need to solder to assemble cobs, quantum boards, or samsung/bridgelux LED strips. There is a connector you just slide the wire into.

Yep looks like it has everything you need minus the frame. You'll also need some 18 gauge wire (solid core would be best for the cob connectors) and some wago connectors (2 slot would work, i like the 5 slot wagos though for versetility, here's a link https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0195V2LX8/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o07_s02?ie=UTF8&psc=1). The wago connectors are little level connectors that you put the wires in and the levels clamp down, so you don't need to solder them.

How you connect the cobs without solder is that kit comes with cob holders that the cobs go into and then the cob holders have little connectors on them you just slide the wire into and it holds the wire.

I wouldnt use the reflectors if you're in a tent. No need!

I've built two cob lights, and done a DIY kit from HLG. The HLG kit takes about 10 minutes, the cob lights take a day or two. You need to build a frame, drill holes, figure out your fasteners, it's a whole thing, and much more involved.

I'd do a QB kit in a heartbeat if I were in your shoes, looks like they are pretty well stocked right now.

If your happy working to 3x3 or 4x2 of your tent then this would be good.

Then you can always buy another if you decide to max out your 4x4 tent.

I haven't read much about QB yet do u own one?how is the light penetration?
I own cobs and QBs. My cobs are citizen 1825s I think, which are a bigger chip than the 1212s. penetration is slightly better for me with the QBs but that's because I run 9 cobs without reflectors.
Its all relative to the intensity really.
Both are damn good.
First pic is one plant on the QB side. Second pic is 4 plants on the COB side about half way through flower (you cant see all 4 plants, maybe two and a bit).
Old pics from the last two crops.
Tent is an 8x4. One half cob, other half is 2x 260w kits. Cobs are running around 720w or something. QB is 570w at the wall between the two kits.
I was getting slightly better weight with the cob side, but there is more wattage, better GPW on the QB side.

No worries!!
Yeah the cob kits are simple enough but you do need to build a frame unless you go for auto cobs. The QB kits are even more simple. It takes 5 minutes.

Either direction is a good choice for lighting and not too tricky to do.
Best of luck with what ever you decide. :bigjoint:
