unruly behavior act law: Unruly behavior is being disobedient or disorderly towards authority of law. Consequences are that you'll get arrested.

Unruly behavior: That's what kids get arrested for when acting up in school. There is no jail time. Parents are called and they come get the kid. Maybe a fine but usually not even that.
Man you’re thick. Everything you just said is true. You are mixing it up and separating things.
The local ordinance is saying we the white people who can only be there for drugs are contributing to the unruly behavior of the neighborhood. It’s a misdemeanor but they arrest you knowing they can at least charge you with it.

If we chose to go to trial we would be held in Camden county jail until we could see the video judge for further decisions Monday. It was Friday night.
I took the deal and went home. And regardless what you think. The juries in Camden were ruthlessly finding white out of towners guilty regardless. They had a big clean up the neighborhood thing going on back then. The town was hurting real bad.
They blamed us. Not their drug dealing gang acting children.
