I've got a place for an indoor grow, only the ceiling is a little over 4 feet high. Anyone know of a plant that would fit there (apart from lowryder)? Also, what kind of setup should I use?

Most Indica's would fit, I'd think, as long as you can control the light heat. Post the rest of the dimensions for more lighting advice. I mean, it seems you should be able to grow an 18" tall plant (then add planter height) easily.

Horizontal space is basically unlimited.

How well would Trainwreck work?

Ya ever heard of BushMaster? It's a kelp-based (i think) vertical growth inhibitor. Works well and could be real useful in your situation? I'm using it to stadium grow w/o any tiers.
I've never grown WW.

Flip them over to flower when they're 10-12 inches tall or do a scrog - put a screen about a foot above the plants and when they start growing through, weave them between the holes until your screen is about 40% - 60% full, then put them on 12/12 where they'll start to stretch, continue weaving until the screen is full and sit back and enjoy. You may want to trim under the screen since there isn't going to be enough light getting down there and it'll make it a little easier to do things like water.
