Yes, ping HLG for a replacement board. They don't go bad often but it does happen.Houston we have a problem!
I have two 324 boards running on a 320h-c1400a and one of the boards has stopped working. There run in series so I tried switching all the wires to the other +/- hook ups and still only the good board lights. I know the board is getting power just not lighting and they have been working for weeks now. Anybody got any suggestions?
well I got it to light. i had to remove one of the connectors on the board and directly solder wire to the board. guess the solder job on the connectors are not great on this one board since neither negative connector was working.Yes, ping HLG for a replacement board. Best of luck. I'm 10 QBs deep (8 QB120s and 2 QB288s) with nary a problem. But I guess lemons are inevitable.well I got it to light. i had to remove one of the connectors on the board and directly solder wire to the board. guess the solder job on the connectors are not great on this one board since neither negative connector was working.
now I'm hooking up four new 132 boards in another spot, hope no issues arise.
