Not sure why you or anyone else would want to make Femminized seeds.They are GMO,as the femm seed does not contain the Y chromosome.Potencey is not at all good.Femm seed is garbage period.The psychoactive effects are inferior and as are medicinal effects.All this has done is flood the market with mediocre,not good at all buds.
Ummmm. You’re wrong. Fem pollen lacks a Y chromosome. You know what also lacks an Y chromosome? Half of all the pollen that comes from a male plant. All that lacking a Y chromosome means is that none of the resulting seeds will be male. Ask any woman you know if she feels like she needs a Y chromosome. I’m sure she’s doing just fine without one. Just like female plants.
Side note - Y chromosomes are small, deformed chromosomes that don’t contain any loci necessary except for those needed to produce males.
It’s also not a GMO. A GMO had its genes manipulated, usually by introducing a gene from another organism. Creating feminizing seeds does no such thing. It doesn’t change the genetics of the pollen donor plant in any way. It simply forces the plant to produce male flowers by blocking the production of a hormone necessary for female flowers. The plants DNA is completely unaffected.
A lot of people are skeptical of feminized seeds. But almost all of it is due to misunderstanding and the proliferation of wrong information. Fem seeds have been around for long enough that it’s clear there are no issues with them.
