If that person has an ulterior motive, they could tail you home and find out about you. They would also have good reason to suspect you grow (being on a grow forum) and just wait you out...

I was thinking even if it was legal federally, I personally wouldn't want people to know. Id imagine it'd be like winning the lottery where everyone's got there hand out and you seen how some of those stories play out

I knew a guy who had a still, for making liquor....I was always trying to buy it off him. It was just good shit. Something about pot though, you're right, friends expect it for free for some reason. I can't believe how open that guy was with his still. He showed it to me and everything.

A little paranoia is healthy..builds character! and also helps keep your guard up.
