Make Bread, Not Vitriol.
O & R's awesome waffles
makes 4 waffles and some CO2 for your plants
start the night before
melt a stick of butter in the microwave
pour two cups of milk over the butter and put it back in the microwave just long enough to get your milk warm and remelt the butter, don't get it hot as temps over 120F will kill yeast, add a teaspoon of vanilla extract
meanwhile, measure out two cups of flour, two tablespoons of sugar, a teaspoon of salt (heaped if using kosher), and a spoonful of instant live yeast.
combine the milk/butter with the dry ingredients until just mixed, batter should be on the thin side, not thick, add a little more milk if necessary, don't worry about getting all the lumps
loosely cover and put it in your grow room overnight, because you have your lights on overnight
next day separate two eggs and wisk/whip the whites till frothy/soft-peaks/your-arm-almost-falls-off add the yolks to the batter and carefully fold in the whites
put it in your waffle maker and cook it, then use real maple syrup and not that fake shit
