Was there any particular reason your OG kush didn't turn out; lack of sun exposure and temperature maybe? I'm probably doing a crop of Dinafem OG Kush this year. What breeder was yours from?

I might have to build myself one of those green houses too, pretty nifty.

My OG Kush just took a bit too long to finish properly. It was the end of October and it got cold at night, just kinda stopped growing or maturing. November it started getting cold even during daytime hours so it pretty much stopped everything. I harvested what I could and left the rest out there. I actually really enjoyed the smoke though....

Ahhh I see. I'm in the north as well, I'm hoping I don't run into the same temperature issues. Dinafem claims a 55 day flowerings time, adding two week for good measure, I should be closing in on harvest around early-mid October.

Does your greenhouse hold any heat? I was hoping to build a small one to combat the end of season temperatures fluctuation.

It totally holds heat and also stops cold, dew, frost, rain and wind from hitting the plants. I made mine a bit too air tight, although it was nowhere near truly air tight but it doesn't have to be to hold in alot of humidity. Now I just leave the ends of my greenhouse open.

That sounds tremendous. What material is your canopy made of?

I have the ends of my greenhouse basically open. The sides are also like flaps which breath and let air in and out. I really only care about stopping rain or frost from hitting my plants. I choose early finishing strains so I don't have to worry about cold weather.

I use 3mm plastic. Bought in rolls that are 20' wide by 100' long. I can cover my greenhouse for 3 years (or 3 times) with one roll.

These are just cheap DIY greenhouse type structures I made for little money. This year I added the small beds by the porch which I'll be trying to grow 3 plants vertically by fastening branches to the mesh screen. Included a few pics of that also.

First time ever growing in a “pot” this size I have a dark angle on the left and this is a bubba kush... seems like a slow grower compared to rest has me a little worried after hearing about your experience. had quite the down pour the other day so they got pretty waterlogged along with this 13c weather. We’re only potted a couple days ago. Now I’m hearing about the kush finishing slow I’m considering swapping it out for one of my Jack Herer s I still have under the light inside

Well it's been 1 month since I put the plants outdoors. Here's a pic from May 22nd when I put them into the ground along with white clover seeds.

And here's a pic one month later.

3 BC Big Bud on the left and Juicy Fruit on the right. They basically grew from being 16-18" seedlings to being 4-5 feet tall and 4 feet wide in 30 days.

A few more pics along with 3 other plants I'm growing vertically by the back deck.

Hello again from the west coast , oceanside. The 5 sisters: Pink Kush / 2 obviously Sativa dominant (Sour Diesel or Texada Timewarp..mixed bag so I'm not sure)/ 2 autoflower Jack Herer. All from seed.

Finishing indoors this fall. Moldy budrot sucks and I'm tired of fighting it.20180621_182645.jpg
