prevent them getting into your soil to begin with, use the new soil you bought, shouldn’t have anything in it, then sprinkle a TINY bit of Diatomaceous Earth on the soil which rips apart their exoskeletons and dries them out.

Yea I already transplanted into new soil so I guess next thing I get will be nutes and Diatomaceous

This is my setup right now another cfl coming sometime next week and I plan on getting 5 more to replace the small ones and add 3. The lights I am getting are 5500k daylight 60w and by the time I have every thing set I will have 6 of those and I want to run a scrog in the future to make them short and bushy and when flower comes switch them all to 2700k 60w warm light cfls or only half for veriaty what y'all think Ik their are plenty of better options out their but I'm on a budget so I make do with what I can get, And temps stay in high to low 70s with lights and fan on. The reason for me being so illprepaired is that when i germed my bag seeds i poped 2 out of 4 and went to get my equipment and not to my knowledge the Wal-Mart near me doesn't carry cfls tf i know right so i grabed what i had laying around and started ordering stuff online. Box is 29"x19"x2.5'

sorry was pruning and lollipoping. ;-)

If you can mount the CFL sideways/horizontal you will get more light output. Looks good.

Yes, if possible of course. If not that will work as well. Pretty sure HD has light sockets and you can make a simple frame with sockets horizontal.

More light surface area exposed facing plant's.

No big deal if you can't or don't wanna DiY anything. ;-)

I already diyed the shit outta it haha but my problem it light gets out like crazy so I was wondering if I made a suit case into a grow box almost same size as cabinet and it will be more stealth I'll line it with reflective tape or something so watcha think will it work . I plan on cutting vent holes and I'll screen them off to stop bugs and it is hard so it stand well and I'm gonna put a tray in the bottom for drainage but I might have a problem with the lights Idk just thinks outside the box need a better grow box

Where there is a will, there is a way. :-) I'm sure you can make it work. Airflow, ventilation and light are the 3 key's.

I once used: a full size ATX computer tower. A chest of drawers. A big Amazon box. A 15" speaker box. Old bathroom vanity. Trunk of a broken car.

well i figured it out tomorrow i'm building a 2x2x4 closet meant just for growing will post pics when done this should work out better then a cab or pc case can grow full sized plants instead of micro

That will work fine for your first couple of grows. @Olive Drab Green had the next size up in a closet grow and grew some dank looking buds, he's into CoB now.

The better option, if in your budget range is quantum boards with a meanwell driver.
If outta range that visparspectra will work just fine. I remember those visparspectra were 99$ bout 2 year's ago.
