I've never used azamax but I would spray again with that in 3 days and then switch it up to a new treatment for 2 sprays 3 days apart and then another new treatment twice 3 days apart. Throw in a watering with 2 tablespoons neem oil per gal every few waterings as a kicker. Get some wipes or a mixture of bleach and water and wipe down equipment, pots, ect. And lastly I'd get some preditor mites.
I'm not sure which preditor mites are good for spider mites but a quick search will tell you.
If you have broad mites it'll take a bit more sprayings of various pesticides IMO, everyone says they are nearly unstoppable, I sprayed I believe about 7 different things several times when I had them, then got predator mites.
With those pics I see the spider mite damage, then there's the twisted leaves and burnt pistols. Did the plants look all burnt and twisted like that before you sprayed anything?
A couple things you can try is
-Spinosad
-Essential oils (find it at home depot in the pesticide isle)
-Flying skull nuke em'
-Sprinkling diatomaceous earth on top of your soil
I know that all of those are safe to even use in flower. The list goes on and on. My capper for the broad mites was Forbid f4, from everything I've read it is some nasty stuff, but if only in veg and needing a miracle that stuff is said to obliterate anything. I wouldn't try using it for just spider mites though unless a series of pesticides still aren't working.
