My growing escapades with Bodhi, Greenpoint + some others

All of the harvested plants are now in jars, getting a daily burp, and emptied out onto a tray for an hour or so if needed. Probably do this for another 3-4 days and then I'm throwing in some Boveda 62%'s in with them.

Have to say, the Purple Orange CBD from Dinafem is possibly the most beautiful tasting smoke I've had. it is pure Oranges start to finish. Smell is more like Fanta, but the taste is like orange cream, really smooth too.
And people say freebies are shite! Haha
Looking forward to popping some of the seeds from the Soulmate cross with this one, hope I find something Similar in smell/taste to the oranges. Shame I won't be able to test it for CBD content. I'll have to try and gauge that from effects lol.

Two freebies i got atm are AWSOME smelling if you like sweet tropical scents white widow from dutch passion and chemdog 4 i belevive from bimburn
(i dont think the chemdog is supposed to be a sweet one though)

They both smell SO fucking delicious im going to reveg and give them a proper run (i had these in the solo cup competition)

Also my lima bean og i got as a freebie from the dank team was one of the best og's i have grown

But on the flip side i have stuff i PAID for that sucked haha


This is why im going to chuck my own beans

I figure its more of a numbers thing and if i make my own seeds ill be able to runthrough alot more to find a super bitch or stud

Great thread my dude. Subbed. I wanted to say that your handwriting and color palate on those baggies really did it for me, good work. As somebody who has to write a word a minute to do it legibly, I like your handwriting a lot.

oh and your garden too, that's pretty cool I guess.

AHH man, I hate to break it to you but that's my girlfriend's writing...and colour choices lol. She does most of the labeling when it's potting up time etc.
My writing often looks like a drunken spider has crawled through an Inkwell! So it's not the best for making things legible.

I'm definitely cutting back on seed purchases now, I have a lot of freebies to get through, plus some bodhi and GPS to pop.
Plus making my own crosses means I'm not disappointed if they don't work out, it's not like I've splashed out top £££ for them, they're free lol. And like you say there's going to be some magic happen with some of them.

After harvesting my BC Diesel from blimbuBl (solo cup comp) I was gutted I entered it, haha. Wish I'd kept it in veg up potted it and harvested a couple Oz. It's beautiful!
Both Blimburn strains I've grown have been freebies, but both have been great smoke.

Looking forward to the Ecto Cooler X Stardawg testers I nabbed on 4/20. But after seeing them be released for sale now, I'm not sure if I'll pop them straight away. Seems like they don't need to be tested now lol. Plus I'm still waiting on response from bodhi testers. They'll be top priority if I get them

The whole idea of growing stared out as something we did together, but I just went all rainman on it and researched endlessly for months. I kind of just took over the whole operation, and I feel bad in a way, because I know she feels left out a bit. So I like to have her to do all the labeling and organisation of seeds/harvested etc..plus sometimes she adds some cool little drawings to thetpots too, keeps the grow looking funky haha

I got ya ....yea im not not dogging the stardawg at all but i didnt want to have like 12 packs of it lol
More now with the testers

But i only popped half packs so hopefully theres some good stuff ...its only been a few weeks since they popped anyways and stuff can change

Apologies for the lack of updes this past week or so.
Cracked a tooth and ended up with an infection in my jaw... brilliant! Haha

I'll post some pics up next day or so of the vegging plants. But there's not much to show. They look like cannabis plants in veg lol.

Soaking some more seeds tonight, (I like to follow bodhi's advice) Plant more seeds!!! Lol
So I've got 2 x FastBuds Bluedream'Matic, and I chose 4 x Gasoline Dreams (Soul Mate x Strawberry Diesel) I chose the seeds from the smaller Strawberry Diesel and the Pheno A male pollen, the taller Soulmate.
The tall Soulmate female I harvested is starting to smell alot more citrus/lemon funk now that it's jarred. So hopefully some of that will blend nicely with the Tangerine taste from the smaller SD...or maybe not. Either way I hope to get 2 females from the 4 I popped... fingers crossed!

The Purple Orange CBD I've nearly finished already , wish I'd ran that in a bigger pot now lol. Probably going to pop some of the Soulmate cross with that one soon. Looking for more of that sweet orange!

The bag seeds i ran had 2 differnt phenos as far as terp profile goes

One was orange soda with grapes in the background

And the other was grape soda with oranges in the back lol
Kind of a sweet orange
I dont know which i want to keep till they get another run

The tent, as of last week, plants looking a bit beat up, 2 had been repotted (back left and front middle) and I started bending the tops down to keep a pretty level canopy.
Back left: The Deputy
Front left: Strawberry Cough
Front middle: Cindy XX
Front right: Franco's Lemon Cheese

They're looking better today, and the other two have been up potted as well. All 4 are in 2gal pots now.
The little tinkers in the middle are back in the cupboard for more vegging.
Started bringing the light hours down this last few days in the tent. Reducing the light by 30mins per day. So by Friday I should be at 12\12.

I have cut some branches from my Deputy Male, which was flowering in the cupboard. So now the cupboard can become the veg room again. (I really need to work out a better system if I'm going to grow semi- perpetually and make seeds at the same time lol .)
The branches are sitting in a jar over a plate, just waiting to collect the pollen.

Found this cheeky little thing at the front sprouting in my SD cut, no idea how it got there, but it seems to be growing very well. So I'm leaving it.
(Wonder if it's getting extra nutrients via the mycelium network and the other plant, that would be cool)

I have an entire shelf dedicated to the unread lol, I really need to pick up the pace with reading.


The other 3 'Gasoline Dreams' beans all cracked today, and they got put into soil. So that's 4\4 on them. Just took a couple days longer than usual...still no sign of cracking on the other Bluedream'Matic though.

Not much else to update on this at the moment, all is quiet during the vegging season lol.
