The clusterfuck is the result of leaders making a policy change without any regard to how to implement it. Trump is doing the same all over government but this move is something we can relate to and understand the effect of his maniacal leadership. The same kind of broken processes due to knee jerk policy change is affecting the VA, the military, the EPA, the Justice Dept and so forth. .
About 2500 kids have been separated from their parents. Getting those kids united with their parents is going to be another clusterfuck. Trump doesn't need any more hostages so he ended the policy.

Going to be hard to get the innocent children back out of these foster agencies and reunited with the parents. The kids are cash flow to them, they won't give up without a fight. I know firsthand how Bethany "Christian" Services plays their games.

Exactly. The best option would have been to at least give parents a chance to see their kids by keeping them in adjacent facilities. That would require planning and care ahead of time. Of course this policy was enacted without any planning or advance notice. The people responsible for enforcing the new policy had no time to prepare or think things through. So, somebody was scrambling for a facility with space and found some room in New York. Before anybody could say otherwise the kids were already there.
There is going to be nothing but heartbreak from this. Cramming unvaccinated kids together in large numbers under a big roof is just looking for an epidemic. Of course, some pedos are going to take advantage and kids will be abused. Some kids are going to go missing. Makes me miss the good old days when the biggest scandal was an intern's stained dress.
